Emma is the Director of First Impressions at Forbes Financial Group. She supports the team by coordinating client appointments, managing communications, processing documentation, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. Emma also assists John, Nancy, and Miranda with client events, marketing communications, and seasonal projects to ensure smooth daily operations across the firm.
Emma is a Southern Illinois native, Jackson County CEO Alumni, and a very proud, full-time Saluki. She is pursuing her degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and minors in Public and Non-Profit Administration, and Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management; she is looking forward to graduating in May of 2026. With nearly five years of customer service experience, she is passionate about people, building genuine connections, and creating positive client experiences. Emma is also involved on campus as a member of the Student Alumni Council, where she gives back to the Carbondale community by volunteering her time, helping local organizations across Carbondale. Outside of work and school, Emma loves to attend concerts, take photos, travel, hike, watch her favorite shows, and most of all, spend time with her best friends, family, and her pets.
